Dan spent 4 years as a US Army Officer. Two years as an Air Defense Radar Platoon Leader, one year as a Civil Affairs Officer and Combat command advisor in Viet Nam and one year as Test Officer for the Sentinel Anti - Ballistic Missile System at White Sands. Upon release from the military, Dan spent 13 years as a General Electric Manufacturing foreman , Senior Customer Service Engineer and Manager. Next Dan co-founded and was President and CEO of Turbine Technology Services Corp. Then founder, owner and President of D2X Construction LLC and dba; D2X Associates (building 34 homes). Dan co-authored a Biodiesel Cogeneration Study for the Oregon Energy Trust in 2006; authored a study on unique method to change out inlet guide vanes on a GE frame 7 gas turbine generator without disassembly; received GE Managerial Award in 1976 for coordinating redesign of GE GT heavy fuel system for Alcoa Suriname, SA; International Who’s Who, Honored Member and Past member: American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).

Vincent Cuomo
EIT, BSME, Managing Director of Engineering

Vincent Cuomo has 34 years of mechanical engineering experience with the past 11 years with D2X Associates. As the prime AE design firm, D2X Associates managed Veteran Administration non-recurring maintenance projects including, Boiler(s) replacement, electrical generator replacement, steam pipe systems repairs/upgrades, pharmacy upgrades and facility freshwater pump station upgrade. Duties included project point of contact, project design submittal submissions, coordination of subcontractor work, construction period services and site visits. Previously worked in the Environmental Pollution control industry managing projects mostly for the semi-conductor sector.  Involved with design, fabrication, procurement and servicing point of use wet scrubber systems.

Todd Farr, PE, CEM, LEED AP BD+C, CIPE
Mechanical Engineer, PE

Todd Farr has over 29 years of professional engineering experience, and is responsible for a full range of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection designs, and management of projects, as well as maintaining client relationships. Provided mechanical design for installation of 1,000 ton chiller, 1 MW microturbine, heat recovery steam generator, multiple central AHUs, Building 16 HVAC system to VRF system, DDC system, pumps, and piping.
